Donald Bernard has held membership in many expert organizations more than the many years, such as the Houston Board of Realtors, the Board of Regents of Angeles University Foundation, and the Houston Bar Association. He is an instrument rated pilot registered for mountain research functions with Montana Emergency Services and a former Commander in the United States Navy's Submarine Service.
